Something big is coming Tuesday morning.
Mercury Marine is set to unveil a major new product to the public on Nov 15th at 8 a.m. CST (9 a.m. EST).
Details won’t be released until then, but the Brunswick-owned brand and industry leader has done well to drive up interest for product launches in the past.
In 2021, they set the industry ablaze with the release of the almighty 600 hp V12 Verado, the largest marine outboard ever designed. The V12 has since won multiple awards and has been an impressive complement to many standout boats released in the last 18 months – including vessels from Formula, Tiara, Rayglass, and more.
Earlier in 2022, they also shocked the industry by going entering the opposite side of the outboard market with the launch of the Avator electric outboard. The new Avator is a tiller operated outboard with an interchangeable battery system that makes battery swapping simple and provides a digital interface that’s far beyond the typical outboard data system.
